    設備功能

套筒接頭水壓測試機是連續(xù)管道生產(chǎn)線上檢測設備，用于連續(xù)纏繞管道套筒接頭水壓測試

設備組成

主要由水壓機受力框架、推進裝置、注水增壓裝置、上下套筒接頭裝置、套筒接頭撥出裝置、套筒接頭密封盤 、液壓裝置、電控及測試數(shù)據(jù)顯示系統(tǒng)等機構(gòu)組成 。

    工作原理

    將要測試水壓套筒接頭放置在上下套筒接頭裝置上，使套筒接頭中心與套筒接頭密封盤中心大約相同，起動液壓裝置使密封盤壓入套筒接頭。起動增壓泵注水增壓到設定壓力后，增壓泵自動停止。關(guān)閉增壓管道上閥門保壓一定時間。移動密封盤使密封盤從套筒接頭內(nèi)撥出放水。完成套筒接頭水壓測試工作。

Introduction to Sleeve Hydro-testing Machine  

Equipment function, composition and working principle:

Function--

As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Sleeve Hydro-testing Machine is designed for the hydro-static testing of sleeves.

Composition--

It mainly consists of machine stress frame, propulsion device, filing and forcing device, sleeve loading and unloading device , sleeve allocating device, sleeve fixed sealing plate, sleeve movable sealing plate, hydraulic device, electrical and testing data display system.

Working principle--

Lay the sleeve for hydro-testing onto the sleeve loading and unloading device, aiming the sleeve center at those of sealing plates. Then, start the hydraulic device to push sealing plates into sleeve. Start the forcing pump which will automatically stop after reaching the setting pressure. After that, close the valve of the forcing pipeline and keep pressure for a certain period. Finally, move back the movable sealing plate to make pipe end extracted and drain, thereby finishing the sleeve hydro-testing.
