設(shè)備功能
套筒管道對(duì)接機(jī)功能是連續(xù)管道生產(chǎn)線上輔助設(shè)備，用于連續(xù)管道與套筒接頭對(duì)接套裝
設(shè)備組成
主要由管道與套筒支架平臺(tái) 、管道與筒對(duì)接液壓推進(jìn)裝置、電控系統(tǒng)等機(jī)構(gòu)組成。
工作原理
將要對(duì)接套裝套筒接頭放置在套筒支架平臺(tái)，管道放置在管道支架平臺(tái)。起動(dòng)液壓裝置在液壓缸的作用下將套筒接頭壓裝在管道上。從而完成套筒接頭與管道對(duì)接套裝工作。

Equipment function, composition and working principle:
Function--
As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Sleeve Jointing Machine is designed for the butt connecting of pipe and sleeve .
Composition--
It mainly consists of pipe and sleeve support table, hydraulic propelling device for pipe and sleeve connecting and electrical control system.
Working principle--
Separately lay the sleeve for jointing onto the sleeve support table and the pipe onto the pipe support table. Start the hydraulic device to mount the sleeve onto the pipe with the action of hydraulic cylinder, thereby finishing the sleeve jointing.
