設(shè)備功能
管道運(yùn)輸小車(chē)是連續(xù)管道生產(chǎn)線上輔助設(shè)備用于纏繞主機(jī)與水壓機(jī)之間或管道堆場(chǎng)之間的管道輸送
設(shè)備組成
主要由運(yùn)輸小車(chē)車(chē)架、管道翻轉(zhuǎn)裝置 、行走裝置 、電控系統(tǒng)等機(jī)構(gòu)組成 。
工作原理
從主機(jī)上生產(chǎn)出管道，經(jīng)計(jì)重軌道滾到運(yùn)輸小車(chē)上，運(yùn)輸小車(chē)上的翻轉(zhuǎn)裝置自動(dòng)翻轉(zhuǎn)將管道翻轉(zhuǎn)到運(yùn)輸小車(chē)中心，自動(dòng)行走到水壓測(cè)試機(jī)一側(cè)，起動(dòng)管道翻轉(zhuǎn)裝置、管道將滾入水壓機(jī)的滾道上。完成管道運(yùn)輸工作后自動(dòng)回到纏繞主機(jī)邊等待運(yùn)輸下一根管道。
Introduction to Pipe Transport Trolley
Equipment function, composition and working principle:
Function--
As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Pipe Transport Trolley is designed for the pipe transport between winding machine and hydro-testing machine or pipe storage area.
Composition--
It mainly consists of trolley frame, pipe rotating device, running device and electrical control system.
Working principle--
Pipe, produced from winding machine, is rolled onto the transport trolley over weighing track. Then, pipe rotating device automatically turns over the pipe to the trolley center and the trolley runs to one side of hydro-testing machine. Start pipe rotating device again to turn over the pipe onto the track of testing machine. After finishing the transport, the trolley will automatically go back to the winding machine and await next pipe.
