RDSS樹脂定量供應系統(tǒng)介紹
樹脂定量供應設備功能、組成及原理：
設備功能：
樹脂定量供應是連續(xù)制管生產(chǎn)線上輔助設備，用于CFW連續(xù)制管纏繞機樹脂和固化劑的定量供應，樹脂與固化劑量為閉環(huán)控制可在線反饋，受控于PLC。
設備組成：
其由樹脂計量泵、固化劑計量泵、管路、稱重及電氣控制系統(tǒng)等機構組成。
工作原理：
來自樹脂攪拌罐樹脂經(jīng)隔膜泵打入內(nèi)襯樹脂、結構層樹脂計量罐。固化劑儲存罐內(nèi)固化劑經(jīng)固化劑輸出泵輸送到固化劑計量罐內(nèi)。再由樹脂、固化劑計量泵按生產(chǎn)管道實際用量泵送到攪拌淋膠頭均勻的淋到管道模具上，從而完成樹脂固化劑的定量輸送。
Introduction to Resin Dosing Supply System
Equipment function, composition and working principle:
Function--
As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Resin Dosing Supply System is designed for the rationing supply of resin and catalyst. Controlled by PLC, the amount of resin and catalyst are of close-loop control and can be reflected on line.
Composition--
It mainly consists of resin dosing tanks, catalyst dosing tanks, pipeline, weighing device and electrical control system.
Working principle--
Via membrane pump, resin transferred from mixing tank is pumped into resin doing tanks for liner and structure. Catalyst is transferred into the catalyst dosing tanks by catalyst pump. Then, according to the actual production amount, resin and catalyst are pumped separately into the mixers above and sprayed onto the mould. In this way, rationing transfer of resin and catalyst will be done.
